The documents on this website explain Pershing’s Standard Files--outgoing files of standard sizes and formats delivered via nightly batch processes. Standard Files are raw data from all our applications providing all you require to gather information, generate reports, and directly feed your systems. Big data to help you manage and grow your business.

The CAPS product codes are available to all of our customers. Because individual clients may have access to additional product codes, other codes may appear in the file. For a complete list of CAPS product codes, see the CAPS online system, Codes Maintenance Product Browse (CDPB).
The ACAM Codes Appendix identifies the different types of money fund activity that can appear in the ACAM history record file. Refer to this appendix in conjunction with the ACTV form.

The Portfolio Open Tax Lots file (POTL) is the open tax lot file. It includes an aggregate/summary record (Record A) followed by the tax lot records for each position (Record B) held in accounts maintained on the Portfolio System. The aggregate record is joined to its associated tax lot records by the sequence number in position 004-011.
